You have the right to withdraw from this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason for your withdrawal. The revocation period is fourteen days of the day of your registration for the LÖWENSTARK offers. In order to exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract in written form by means of a clear declaration (e.g. a letter, fax or e-mail sent by post). To ensure the validity of your withdrawal, it suffices that the corresponding notification of your withdrawal is sent before the expiry of the revocation period.

Consequences of revocation:

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse you all payments we have received from you without undue delay and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we received the notification of your revocation. Unless agreed otherwise, we shall make the reimbursement using the same payment method as you did in the original transaction. In any case, our reimbursement will be free of charge for you.
